Description
It was a late Friday afternoon in South Ozone Park (Queens NYC). The summer sun was streaming through an open third story window, illuminating the best recording studio equipment a young Zi could cobble together; a beat-up Casio CT-380 sitting in front of a Fisher Price 826 brown cassette tape player. The rhythm, tone, and chord settings were selected on the keyboard, the tape rolled, and for a brief, imaginative moment, the fledgling musician was playing his own video game music to packed stadium of screaming fans.
Live from (just outside) Shea Stadium pivots off of the original song (Ozone) written long ago with five additional songs with Zi’s take on stadium chiptune anthem rock.
This album was made with the Famitracker and uses only the original NES chipset (with some magic sprinkled in thirty years later with a DPCM sample).
You are purchasing a game cartridge that will only function using a Nintendo Entertainment System, NES-101, AVS, or Analogue NT (and mini), and may not work on a Generation Nex, Yobo Neo Fami, FC Twin, Retron X, or any other post production NES clone. This cartridge was made with new boards, chips, and cartridge shells and, with proper care and storage, should provide enjoyment for several years.
